Hi, good day! i came across an ad in the dailies on Lumut Marina Cove - Marina Villa 2 open for sale.this is a freehold apartment property which managed by Marina Cove Resort Management Sdn Bhd.THey are giving guaranteed rental return 8% pre annum with tenancy period of 5+3 yrs.The developer is Sycal Resorts Sdn Bhd.
My question is, since there are a lot of apartments in pangkor, will this be a good investment? same type at PD Marina here in port dikson not doing well. Sasi |
